L’ENGAGEMENT POUR SOS MEDITERRANEE France
C’est sur la base d’un mouvement de citoyens européens décidés à agir face à cette tragédie des naufrages à répétition que SOS MEDITERRANEE a été créée. Convaincue qu’il n’est pas acceptable de laisser des milliers de personnes se noyer sous nos yeux, aux portes de l’Europe, l’association poursuit son combat pour sauver des vies en mer, protéger les rescapés et témoigner auprès de l’opinion publique sur cette tragédie.

Artiste soul de la scène émergente, MESS DREY, auteure, compositrice, et interprète d’origine Haïtienne impose un style musical bien à elle. Elle nous livre un live « open –Soul » dans lequel elle mixe savamment funk, rock, hip-hop, reggae, jazz, gospel, sonorités afro-caribéennes, rock, avec comme seul liant la « Soul Music ».

MESS DREY enchaîne de nombreux concerts sur les scènes Jazz et musiques actuelles (Argelliers Jazz’ Estival, Festival Les Nuits Couleurs, Estival Agde, Festival de Montélimar, Victoire 2, Jazz à Junas…) et assure les premières parties de groupes et de musiciens de renommées internationales (The Excitements, FM Laeti, Adrien Byron Burns…).

Une voix soul et habitée, des mélodies contagieuses, une énergie volcanique, accompagnée de ses musiciens et choristes au groove implacable, MESS DREY impose sa griffe avec un live explosif.

It is on the basis of a movement of European citizens determined to act in the face of this tragedy of repeated shipwrecks that SOS MEDITERRANEE was created. Convinced that it is not acceptable to let thousands of people drown before our eyes, at the gates of Europe, the association continues its fight to save lives at sea, protect survivors and testify to the public opinion on this tragedy.

Soul artist of the emerging scene, MESS DREY, author, composer, and performer of Haitian origin imposes a musical style all her own. She gives us a live “open-Soul” in which she skillfully mixes funk, rock, hip-hop, reggae, jazz, gospel, Afro-Caribbean sounds, rock, with “Soul Music” as the only link.
