Êtes-vous prêts pour le Waya Festival ? Cette invitation au voyage musical inspiré des fêtes latino-américaines débarque à Montpellier ! Rendez-vous toute la journée du dimanche 5 JUIN de MIDI à MINUIT en plein cœur de la ville dans le Parc Rimbaud, spécialement aménagé pour l’occasion !
Plusieurs artistes musicaux se relaieront sur scène, certains viennent tout droit d’Amérique latine, pour un savoureux mélange d’inspirations d’ici et d’ailleurs! Les mexicains de TELEFUNKA (déjà nominés aux MTV Video Music Awards Latino-américains) qui ont notamment partagé la scène avec les Daft Punk, ou encore BILLY THE DIAMOND, célèbre artiste reggaeton qui nous vient directement du Guatemala pour l’occasion, mais aussi LOS GUAYABO BROTHERS ce groupe franco-colombiens avec des percussions ou cuivres organiques, dévoilant un parfum tri-ethnique et festif !
Évidemment des food-trucks aux multiples saveurs et un bar, pour les petits et les grands, seront présents pour vous régaler dès 12H, et pendant toute la durée du festival… Mais aussi beaucoup d’autres surprises !
Ce festival est ouvert à tous, nous sommes une grande “familia” et nous souhaitons partager notre enthousiasme et bonne humeur au plus grand monde ! Nous avons été chaleureusement invités par l’AFCM2 que nous remercions infiniment et nous remercions également la ville de Montpellier ainsi que la Métropole Montpellier Méditerranée ?

Are you ready for the Waya Festival? This invitation to a musical journey inspired by Latin American parties is coming to Montpellier! See you all day Sunday, JUNE 5 from NOON to MIDNIGHT in the heart of the city in the Parc Rimbaud, specially set up for the occasion!
Several musical artists will take turns on stage, some come straight from Latin America, for a delicious mix of inspirations from here and elsewhere! The Mexicans of TELEFUNKA (already nominated for the Latin American MTV Video Music Awards) who notably shared the stage with Daft Punk, or even BILLY THE DIAMOND, famous reggaeton artist who comes to us directly from Guatemala for the occasion, but also LOS GUAYABO BROTHERS this Franco-Colombian group with organic percussion or brass, revealing a tri-ethnic and festive fragrance!
Obviously food-trucks with multiple flavors and a bar, for young and old, will be present to delight you from 12 p.m., and throughout the duration of the festival… But also many other surprises!
This festival is open to everyone, we are a big « family » and we want to share our enthusiasm and good humor with everyone! We were warmly invited by the AFCM2 which we thank very much and we also thank the city of Montpellier as well as the Métropole Montpellier Méditerranée ?
